    Calculation
You can change your BMI is calculated as follows:

    • BMI = body weight (kg)
    • height x height (in meters)

Imagine you are 1.65 meters long and weighs 57 kilograms you. Your BMI is: 57 divided by 1.65 times 1.65 = 20.94 (rounded 21). A BMI of 21 means a healthy weight.

    Appreciation
    <18 ½ You’re too light
    18 ½ – 25 You have a healthy weight
    25 -30 You’re actually a bit too heavy
    > 30 You’re too heavy and you give your health at risk
