Do you count calories?
Traditionally, the principle of dieting always been to restrict calorie intake. It has typically remain at a certain calorie level, for example, 1200 kcal / day (5000 kJ), and then started to count calories. Adult human calorie consumption is an habitual higher than 1500 kcal – and if you are overweight, consumption rather somewhere between 1,800 and 3,000 kcal / day. Therefore you will lose weight if you even remotely stick to a consumption close to 1200 kcal / day. This is done most easily by eating the healthiest diet, while limiting portion size: Take only once, and composition of the hot main meals your dish, then half consists of vegetables, one quarter of meat, fish or poultry and the rest of coarse paste, brown rice or boiled potatoes.
